I see what you did there!
Applejack's hind legs could be more defined around the joints/hooves [link] and Twilight's face is a little wonky, but I've found that's the type of thing that fixes itself so long as you keep practising.

but if I may say... the eyes need more...life, to them, of you know what I mean.
but if I am to give you a teeny tiny hint, look at the eye of, let's say, Fluttershy.
make one white dot in her eye twice as large as one below... so that and judge for yourself
